MAY SUMMARY & LINKS / LÄNKKÄRLEK MAJ
I should stop collecting inspiration. The list of recipes I wanna try and share with you is growing longer and longer, and I don't wanna plan too much what I'm gonna make for the coming weeks. I like it to be spontaneous and naturally seasonal. That way it's much more fun! If I make an awesome risotto one day I will have forgot about how delicious it was if I blog about it four weeks later. My blogging situation right now is that everything I have planned to make I just keep pushing further and further back in the queue in order to blog about what happened to turn out successfully in the moment instead: )That said, I always always love to discover new blogs! One of my best things do to when I have a little spare time is work my way through the latest on bloglovin, pin photos and take notes on ideas I get. Preferably after breakfast while having a cup of green tea. Why don't you guys write your best tips in the comments and I can collect them for the next monthly summary post so that we all find something new to read? :DAs usual, let's do the link love list in english! During May, this is what I've been crushing on:- Seriously drooling over this Chamomile Honeycomb Ice Cream from Snixy Kitchen <3- I loved the story behind these Coconut Cream Horns from Cook Republic! Also, they sounded totally delicious!- I thought this was so smart and simple! Nutty & Chocolatey Rice Cookies from Elsa Billgren.- Ok I die. Homemade Coconut Condensed Milk!!! From How Sweet It Is.- The interview with me in Källan Podcast, obvi ; )- Love to read these pantry posts! Reminds me I have one to prepare myself... Have lots of ideas actually! It's coming. This one is from Dagmar's Kitchen.- This Beet Mousse could be the most elegant food styling of the month. Perfection!- This gave me a hopeless late night craving for Goat Cheese Frosting <3 Now I'm dreaming and planning to make all sorts of desserts using goat cheese! From Hummingbird High.- So happy that Sini is back and blogging!- This Coconut Chia Pudding with Orange Passion Fruit Granita apparently made a huge impression on me because I dreamt about it last night. Also dreamt that I was Gabriel's assistant and that he was very blaisé about it haha *embarrassed*.- I'm probably the zillionth person sharing this post, but yeah, I also recognize myself a lot. How a 9-5 work life has become so normative we always assume there's something wrong with us when we cannot handle it, even though 40 hour work week is a relatively new invention... I think a lot about my relationship to working vs. free time. Maybe I should write some more about that sometimes? What have you guys been crushing on this past month? Would love to hear your inspiration in the comments!xoAgnes
