HELLO FROM MELBOURNE
Hey! I'm still here! Promise. Currently we're holding up in Melbourne - a city that I've instantly fallen in love with! This is the view from our balcony in the Docklands. Here in Melbourne we've moved from coffee shop to lunch café to dinner restaurant, and had some awesome food experiences (I will write more about that in a later blog post). Don't hate me now, but I'm beginning to feel a bit restless and tired of vacation.....I mean, It's exciting and all to visit new places, and obviously good food, lazy mornings, beach hangouts, salt water stained skin and wine every single day is a pretty pleasant way to live hehe. But after a while it's not stimulating enough. I can't wait to get started with all new ideas and projects I have in mind for 2015! I want to write down tasks in my bullet journal and then cross 'em off at the end of the day. I want to have coffee in front of the computer. I want to cook something boring for dinner and eat in front of a tv show. I want to rise early for yoga. I want to write important emails. I want to schedule meetings for exciting collaborations and write another paragraph on my bachelor thesis (ok maybe not that desperately). I want to photograph something colorful in pale winter light and then blog about it. After all, most days are work days, so we better make them worth longing for, right? Btw what kind of work/study situations do you guys have or want to have?I'll be back in Stockholm Thursday next week, and considering how full of vegetarian and seasonal food inspiration I am after these couple of days in Melbourne, I think I can safely say you will see new recipes appearing here on the blog almost immediately when I get home. Until then you can see what I'm up to on Instagram @cashewkitchen. I also created a Facebook page for Cashew Kitchen. Go in there and like!xo AgnesAll recipes, photographs and content are Cashew Kitchen originals, unless otherwise indicated. Please link back to me when sharing. Thanks!
