Sometimes I'm so focused on creating new new new all the time, that I forget how many amazing recipes I have in my archive. Many of which I cook myself on a regular basis. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and 1st of Advent is coming up this weekend. I will unfortunately be working all weekend, but if I had some time off I would light a fire, uncork the first bottle of mulled wine for the season, snack on something sweet and dive into a thrilling novel. What are your plans?I've collected a handful of my favorite winter recipes here, in case you need some inspiration on what to make :-) I threw in both a lil bit of sweet and a lil bit of savory.Btw! Speaking of favorites from the archive, I've put up a Start here! page in the main navigation where you can find my most popular posts on food, creativity & blogging, sensitivity and FAQ. If you're new here and feeling kinda lost, I suggest you have a look there :-)Black Rice Pudding with Ginger Snaps, Pomelo & Pomegranate Instead of traditional white rice porridge, I prefer this coconut creamy kind spiced with cardamom. Works both as breakfast and as a dessert with a little sugar in the pudding.Raw Saffron & Lemon FudgeSuper simple to make and delicious with a cup of coffee <3Raw Chocolate Chili Fudge dipped in Dark ChocolateProbably my most favorite sweet recipe ever. Seriously. Also, fast and simple as heck!White Chocolate & Cranberry + Dark Chocolate & Fig CookiesA little bit more fuzzy to make, but with a glas of mulled wine next to you and good music in the background, that won't be a problem ;-) Also, they fill the kitchen with the most wonderful smells.Almond NeatballsMade from leftover nut milk pulp!Almond Butter Hot Chocolate with cayenne pepperStill the creamiest and most delicious hot chocolate to date.Warm Carrot & Orange DrinkTo heat up your body after long snowy walks.Wishing you guys a cosy weekend!xo AgnesAll photographs, recipes and content are Cashew Kitchen originals, unless otherwise indicated.
